Pixel Fridge Ltd • Web Developer
As a web developer at Pixel Fridge I collaborate with the team to bring web builds from concept to launch. I also troubleshoot, resolve and providing technical support to clients and users. I also perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure that all websites and web-based applications are functioning smoothly.

Prospekt Agency Ltd • Lead Web Developer
I joined Prospekt Agency (then called Creasis Studios Ltd) as a Front-end Developer. In this role I supported the Senior Developer in building multiple web applications built in Symfony and full website builds in WordPress, work which was previously outsourced. As the Front-end Developer I was instrumental in Prospekt adopting newer technologies such as VueJS and Webpack and modern CSS methodologies where it was beneficial.
After being promoted to Lead Web Developer in February 2019, my role expanded into quoting, managing projects, building entire platforms, web applications and content management systems using Laravel. I also took on support for legacy applications and servers and was the go to person for everything development and technical support.

Formoda Ltd • Web Developer
My role at Formoda mainly consisted of building performant and user friendly websites for our clients. At Formoda I had learnt how to develop for their bespoke Content Management System built in the PHP framework Yii. Due to my previous knowledge and experience in building WordPress websites, Formoda were also able to offer custom WordPress solutions allowing them to expand their services to current and prospective clients.
Another duty of my role was developing marketing material such as landing pages and custom email templates. During my time at Formoda, I had improved their workflow in a number of areas allowing them to be more efficient. An example of this was creating a Gulp.js pipeline to automate the email template creation process.

e-Strategy Ltd • Web Developer
At e-Strategy I was involved in many different areas of the business. I planned, developed and managed a variety of projects including websites, applications and newsletters. This involved working closely with our designer and clients to deliver outstanding work.
Being involved in other areas of the business such as app development and marketing allowed me to create small web applications, and optimise landing pages and newsletters for better conversions and engagement. During these projects and campaigns I developed not only my web development skills, but have also improved server administration and marketing skills.
Taking care of support for clients, web builds, web applications, newsletters, within a busy office environment enabled me to greatly improve communication, prioritisation and time management skills.

Interests
My interests overlap with my skills a lot as I enjoy what I have learned and I am always broadening my skills even further within my own time. I subscribe to many inspirational developers who publish new workflow techniques and the best coding practices.
I also have a passion for music, both listening and creating it. I am self-taught in playing guitar and drums and before university played in a local band.
I am a big Formula 1 fan and to get a break from technology I like to go on long walks on Dartmoor.
